Job Description:

lanning promos with RSM/ Zonal Heads /Central Marketing keeping into mind business objectives.

Number crunching in terms of cost of acquisition and incremental number generation.

Evaluate ad hoc branch promotion requests and help implement them through a team of Promotion executives.

Tracking and monitoring of promotions for setting benchmarks/ milestones.

Integration with Analytical Marketing for focused data driven campaigns for cross selling to existing base.

Evaluate and control marketing spends.

Vendor management to ensure more bang for the buck.

Implementing marketing plans

Coordinate press releases / press conference with Central Mktg

Local liaison with corporate communications team at Mumbai.

Organizing for local dip-stick research/focus groups based on central initiatives or local needs

Analyzing findings and communication with the Branches/Central Marketing.

Product / branch launches

Existing branches info. (Deposits, no. of customers, etc.)

Customer perception of other banks.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or equivalent.
