Job Responsibilities

  • To facilitate the learning process of the aspirants by delivering the course curriculum and training them so as to help them acquire necessary employability skills.
  • To seek support from Community mobilizers and to actively participate in the road shows to mobilize deserving aspirants for the LABS program. To counsel and admit them in the training program as per laid procedures.
  • To assess the progress of the aspirants, map the areas of improvement and share the feedback with the aspirants and their parents as per the defined process.
  • To work towards strengthening the Business-to-Youth (B2Y) network by inviting local industry representatives to the classroom and taking the aspirants for industry exposures to give them a better understanding about the training, as well as to enhance the interest of the prospective employers in the LABS program and aspirants.
  • To provide training in communicative English and groom the students to prepare them for jobs. After training the aspirants and ensuring they are job-ready, to work towards securing good employment opportunities for aspirants with prospective employers.
  • To keep up – to – date with developments in domain as well as effective teaching / learning methodologies, and take active interest in the various training programs conducted by the Learning & Development (L&D) so as to continuously upgrade own skills.
  • To work in a team and extend cooperation to create conducive & cohesive environment so as to achieve common goals & objectives.
  • In addition to the above , to discharge any special / other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management.

Salary: INR 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 P.A. +PF+ Medi Claim+ Rewards
