  • Ensure correct & timely Service Provisioning & Activations
  • Ensure smooth workflow of Number Management System & SIM inventory management as per business needs;
  • Timely & correct MSISDN churn & recycling.
  • Ensure Smooth workflow of 3G activation, deactivation and profile change.
  • Ensure smooth MNP workflow / life cycle.
  • Quality initiatives / Projects implementation of new initiatives;
  • Automation or process initiatives to reduces efforts / cost / NVAs
  • Data analysis, RCA, preventive & corrective action planning to reduce errors and failures.
  • Ensure Process standardization for timely collection, data up-dation, scanning & storage of service forms & documents along with timely retrieval.
  • Document warehousing, to monitor storage of documents in the warehouse as per the defined norms of warehousing.
  • Manage Process Compliance as per corporate / ISO guidelines
  • Transformation Projects roll out to achieve efficiency as per timelines
  • Training & development of partner employee
