- To build a good rapport with the potential as well as existing clients.
- To maintain the cold calling and sales reports for submitting it to the reporting authorities on daily basis.
- To propose your suggestions based on your analysis and observations in the market.
- To understand the requirements of the client and map it to the available products of the company.
- To meet with the business targets on monthly basis assigned by your reporting authorities.
- To ensure that proper coordination is maintained with Tour Operational Executive in order to respond timely with full information to the client.
- To liaise with the Ticketing Staff for verifying the latest Airfares instantly to be quoted to the client.
- To make sure that the Tour Reservation and Cancelation terms and conditions are properly shared with the client.
- To collect the (Net Invoice Payments) of the tour from the client.
- To be responsible for handling the complaints from the market with high gratitude and win-win solution.
- To ensure that all the information has been properly shared with the client regarding their holiday packages.
- To perform all the given set of tasks assigned by your reporting authorities.
- To ensure adherence to the company policy and procedures in regards to the reliability and smooth functioning of the operations.
- To bring and share any problematic issue with the higher management of the company as soon as it arises to settle it with the use of brainstorming.
- To strive always for Excellence and to ensure efficient functioning of the company ensuing good teamwork so that clients satisfaction could be optimised.
